ACTIVITIESTosuperviseandfollow-upunderhisdisciplinetheConstructionandassociatedpre-commissioningactivities relatedtoNigerianContent(NC)packages,upto endof Constructionand load-out/integrationworks.Activities
· Preparesmonitorsandexpeditesstructuralfabrication,assemblyandcompletionactivitiescarriedoutby Contractororsubcontractorsrelatedto hisdisciplineuntilsailawayforpressurevesselsandFPSO integrationin Nigeria.
· Assiststhestructuralsuperintendenthis dutiescovering allconstructionphases,includingconstruction methods,yardsprefabrications,construction,structuralassemblyand completionasrelatedtohis discipline.Heattendsmeetingsasrequiredbyhishierarchy.Heimplementshishierarchyinstructionsand organizeshis inspectionteam accordingly.
· Ensurethatallconstructionactivitiesrelatedto his disciplineareperformedsafelyandefficientlyinlinewith companyobjectives.
· Reviewproceduresandsitequeriesinduetimerelatedtostructuralatsite.
· Monitorstructuralpreparationsforinstallationofequipmentand/orstructuralassemblypart including removalandre-instatementof deck/module.
· Ensurecontractorto followandcomplywithrequirementof CompanyspecificationGS STR.
· ReviewsstructuralmaterialcertificatesarrivedatworkshoptogetherwithQA/QCsuperintendent.
· MonitorQCactivitieswithinhisdiscipline.
· EstablishasmoothandefficientworkingrelationshipwithCONTRACTOR.
· Tomaintaingoodrelationshipswithcontractors,beingrelativelyflexible,proactivebutalsostrictwhen necessarytoachievetheobjectivesoftheproject.
· Toensurethatsafetyremainsthemainpriorityontheconstructionsiteatalltimes.
· Attendthetoolboxmeetings.
· Heparticipatesinthepreparationof AsBuiltdocumentation.
HSE
· Promotethe implementationof ProjectHSEQmanagementsystemandrulesin allconstructionactivities.
· Tostayvigilantandmaintaincontinuousawarenessofhazardsandsurroundings.
· Toparticipatetolocalprogramsorinitiativesto improveHSSEperformances.
· ToreporttoManagementonanyissuetheymayfaceorobserveandproposewayof improvement.
· Toalsotakecareof colleaguessafetyandbehaviourwithouthesitatingto interveneasmuchasnecessary.
· Tocarefullyassesshazardsandriskswhenchangesoccur.
· Togivehisowninputandmakingsuretheworkplaceis safe(obviouslycleanandtidy). Whenindoubt,ask questionstogainclarification.

NECESSARY PROFILE
· Professional experience (numberofyears):8years ofrelevantconstructionexperienceinOilandGas productionprojects
· FamiliarwithconstructionandQCproceduresis aplus.
· Abilitytoworkaspartof ateam
· Language:Englishfluent
