Role Description
The senior litigation and compliance associate will work collaboratively with a team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal solutions, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in legal proceedings.
Qualifications
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Expertise in Litigation and ADR
Effective verbal and written communication, with client engagement expertise
At least 3 years experience in Property Law, Corporate Litigation, compliance, and Contract Negotiations
Ability to manage multiple legal cases and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency in teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); relevant professional certifications are an advantage
Familiarity with business practices and legal regulations in Nigeria and beyond.
