Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver expert guidance to clients regarding market trends, pricing strategies, legal obligations, and property-related concerns.
Address all client inquiries with efficiency and responsiveness, ensuring each is handled promptly and with the utmost professionalism.
Partner with the marketing and media teams to implement promotional campaigns effectively.
Engage in property exhibitions, networking functions, and open house events to cultivate and expand your professional network, thereby generating high-quality leads for business development.
Forging and nurturing connections with both prospective and established clients, investors, and partners is a key responsibility of this role.

Compile routine reports detailing sales performance metrics, client feedback, and market intelligence to support data-driven decision-making.
