The successful candidate will lead the institution’s technology strategy, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity architecture, enterprise systems, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled operational transformation across investment banking, commodity trading, structured finance, and institutional operations.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in enterprise IT, financial technology, or digital infrastructure management
Strong background in financial services technology, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and systems administration
Experience implementing enterprise productivity platforms, workflow automation systems, AI-enabled operational tools, and institutional data environments
Strong understanding of information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and governance frameworks
Experience managing technology vendors, software procurement, and enterprise architecture
Knowledge of capital markets systems, treasury systems, ERP platforms, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools is an advantage
Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent) are advantageous
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within financial institutions, investment firms, or commodity trading environments preferred
