Job Summary
Ensure Hotel Capitol’s facilities, equipment, and systems are in optimal condition, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests.
Responsibilities
Plumbing Maintenance: Fix leaks, unclog drains, maintain water systems, and ensure efficient water usage.
Electrical Maintenance: Handle lighting, power outlets, generators, and electrical equipment repairs.
AC & HVAC: Service air conditioning units, ensure temperature control, and perform routine checks.
General Repairs: Fix furniture, doors, and locks, and respond to guest requests promptly.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire safety systems are functional, conduct inspections, and report issues to management.
Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and report maintenance status.
Requirements
Trade certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
Skills in troubleshooting, basic repairs, and safety prototocols.
Proximity to work location ogba, Ikeja, Ojota, Agege, Ketu, Agege, Ojodu Berger, Akute axis.
