Role overview
You will lead the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all accounting operations and reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting.
Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor project costs and profitability.
Strengthen financial controls and procedures.
Lead and mentor the accounts team.
Requirements
B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Accounts.
Construction industry experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
High integrity and attention to detail.
