Source small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and traders through on-site visits, referrals, and active market interaction to consistently achieve monthly disbursement goals.
Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments, perform comprehensive site visits, and analyze cash flows to evaluate creditworthiness. Subsequently, prepare loan applications meticulously in strict adherence to the guidelines set forth by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the bank’s established policies.
Oversee portfolio monitoring processes to ensure timely repayments, maintain a low portfolio-at-risk (PAR) ratio, conduct post-disbursement visits, and implement early collection strategies.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring all documentation remains precise and fully compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in the capacity of a Subject-Matter Expert or Relationship Officer within a microfinance bank holding a CBN license, demonstrating a strong track record in loan portfolio management and collections.
Required competencies include robust sales capabilities, proficiency in cash flow analysis, foundational Excel skills, and fluency in both English and the local language.
