Job Summary
We are hiring a Store BD & Traffic Operations Specialist in Lagos for a Nigerian tea and beverage store traffic project. The role is responsible for identifying and developing store resources, managing partnerships, planning local traffic campaigns, executing store-level activities, and improving conversion and repeat purchase results.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate cooperation terms and coordinate execution with store owners or managers.
Plan and implement traffic-driving activities, including offline promotions, customer acquisition, referral activities, and store conversion actions.
Track leads, store visits, in-store conversion, repeat purchase, and data collection quality.
Coordinate with content, sales, and customer teams to convert offline traffic into online private domain traffic where applicable.
Review activity results and propose improvements for location selection, offer design, staff coordination, and customer follow-up.
Maintain store partnership records and ensure agreed campaign actions are completed.
Requirements
Experience in business development, field sales, retail operations, channel development, trade marketing, or local activation.
Familiar with Lagos retail locations, beverage stores, restaurants, convenience stores, or community traffic channels.
Strong communication, negotiation, and field execution ability.
Comfortable visiting stores, managing owners or managers, and tracking results daily.
Good English communication skills; local language ability is strongly preferred.
Able to use spreadsheets or simple CRM tools for activity tracking.

Data collection and reporting rate.
