Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in core human resources d functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding activities for new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
Respond to internal HR inquiries and provide administrative support
Help with payroll data preparation and leave tracking
Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0 –1 year experience post NYSC experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
