About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and expand our enterprise Internet business sales function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic B2B sales leader with solid experience in the ISP or Telecom sector, capable of developing winning sales strategies, building profitable pipelines, and managing key enterprise accounts.
This is a high-impact role for a competitive professional who thrives on closing deals, leading high-performing teams, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise sales strategy and execution to deliver on annual revenue targets.
Lead the enterprise sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Develop and implement a robust sales plan covering prospecting, sector mapping, and account growth.
Identify and pursue profitable B2B opportunities in the ISP/ICT/Telecom market.
Build and nurture strong client and stakeholder relationships at decision-making levels.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Service Delivery, Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, and recommend new product opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or Engineering (MBA is a strong advantage).
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in ISP/Telecom/ICT sales leadership.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
Strong ability to develop B2B solutions and close high-value contracts.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Leadership capability to motivate and manage a high-performance sales team.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
