1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using nigeria.mimusjobs.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who Can Use the Site The Site is available to individuals aged 16 and above. By registering, you confirm you are at least 16 years old. Employers must be legitimate, registered, or operating businesses.
3. Job Seeker Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to create false or misleading profiles.
- You may not use the Site to apply to jobs on behalf of another person without their consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Employer Accounts & Job Postings
- All job listings must be for genuine, legal employment opportunities in Nigeria.
- Listings must not be misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of Nigerian labour law.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
- Paid listings and subscriptions are non-refundable once the listing has gone live, except where required by law.
- You must not post listings designed to collect personal data fraudulently (“job scams”). Violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Premium Subscription (Auto-Apply)
- Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe or Paystack.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not guarantee a specific number of interviews or job offers — results depend on your profile quality, job market conditions, and employer response rates.
- Auto-Apply operates on your behalf using the CV and preferences you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your application materials.
6. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
- Post spam, malware, or malicious content.
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose under Nigerian law.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Mimu’s Jobs Nigeria. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Job listings remain the intellectual property of the posting employer.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are always accurate or current. We are a platform — we do not employ job seekers or guarantee employment outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Mimu’s Jobs Nigeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of employment opportunity or financial loss.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
