Conducting thorough reviews of pre-issuance KM/EAR audit reports for listed entities and Public Interest Entities (PIE’s).
Facilitating the technical learning and growth of the audit team by developing and presenting technical updates and training resources.
We offer dedicated support for AQR (Advanced Measurement Approach for Operational Risk) and IRA (Internal Ratings-Based Approach for Credit Risk) frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing risk management practices.
Conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis to pinpoint the primary sources of quality deficiencies.
Enhancing documentation quality through Hot File Reviews, Global Coaching, and thematic reviews to ensure audit files meet established standards.
