We are in search of a strategic and meticulously organized Sales Operations Manager to manage the daily business functions of our mobile devices, phone accessories, and Solar (Energy) enterprise.

A Sales Operations Manager in the mobile phones, accessories, and solar (energy) industry is responsible for overseeing daily sales functions, supply chain coordination, and performance oversight. This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of wholesale and retail channels, cultivating strong vendor partnerships, meeting revenue goals, and enhancing customer service standards to boost overall profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overseeing the acquisition, tracking, and distribution of inventory while ensuring the seamless flow of goods throughout the supply chain. Key duties include maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with suppliers to secure timely deliveries, and identifying cost-effective procurement strategies. Additionally, the role entails analyzing supply chain performance, mitigating potential disruptions, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in inventory management systems, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Ensure the availability of in-demand smartphones, tablets, high-demand accessories (such as chargers, cases, and screen guards), and solar products by maintaining optimal inventory levels to avoid stock shortages.

Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, overseeing customs clearance for imported goods, and ensuring secure warehousing and logistics operations.

Perform periodic inventory assessments and develop initiatives to reduce losses due to shrinkage, theft, and preventable damage.

Sales & Retail Operations: Track and analyze sales performance across all physical wholesale and retail store platforms to ensure data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Team Leads and on-floor sales personnel to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and performance targets.

Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales assistance, maintaining exceptional experiences at every stage—from in-store product demonstrations to ongoing post-purchase support.

Oversee the complete warranty claim process from initiation to resolution, including device returns and repair management, within the Team Leadership & Administration framework.

Our team seeks a dedicated professional to educate and guide retail staff, fostering both comprehensive product expertise and refined sales competencies.

Oversee staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and incentive programs tied to performance metrics across all company locations.

Responsibilities include managing daily cash reconciliations, administering petty cash operations, and preparing accurate revenue reports.

Oversee budgetary allocations and pinpoint avenues for cost savings to enhance profit margins effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and robust communication skills are critical for success in this role. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in previous positions.

Education: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. Coursework should reflect a strong foundation in principles applicable to the position. Demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees may be advantageous for consideration.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With five to ten years of progressive operational expertise, preferably within retail, consumer electronics, or telecommunications industries.

Requirements include a robust knowledge of supply chain logistics and adeptness in utilizing Accounting Software.

Leadership capabilities, proficiency in making data-based decisions, and adept problem-solving skills are essential, along with the capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is a required qualification for this role.
