Responsibilities include initiating and concluding production equipment operations, ensuring normal functionality, and effectively managing emergency situations as they arise. This encompasses comprehensive control over start-up procedures, shutdown protocols, routine operations, and rapid-response measures during unexpected incidents to maintain operational integrity and safety.
Comprehensive knowledge of operational safety parameters and adherence to established guidelines is essential.
Preparation and isolation of plant equipment are performed to facilitate intrusive maintenance activities. This process involves ensuring that all necessary safety measures and procedures are strictly followed to prevent any operational risks during maintenance work. The role requires adherence to established protocols to secure the plant and maintain a controlled environment prior to the commencement of maintenance tasks.
WHT operations encompass well line-up procedures, pipeline pigging, and chemical injection package management.
Monitor production operations closely and ensure all processes adhere to established standards, documenting critical readings and data in the PCR as required. Verify equipment functionality and maintain precise records of performance metrics to support quality assurance and compliance with operational protocols.
Gather specimens, perform BS&W measurements, and document all findings accurately.
To safeguard the consistent provision of utilities, it is essential to maintain cooling water and steam condensate free from oil contamination.
Execute first-line maintenance tasks in strict accordance with checklists issued by the STOP and PSP teams.
Conducting vessel isolation, draining, entry, internal and external cleaning, as well as performing work on pipe racks and other production equipment at elevated heights, in strict adherence to STOP and PSP safety protocols whenever necessary.
Responsibilities include recording data and parameters, as well as analyzing and interpreting the collected information to derive meaningful insights.
To maintain optimal oil production levels while minimizing operational disruptions, strive to achieve uninterrupted flow with the least possible downtime.
Assist the Installation (INST) team with various maintenance tasks as needed to ensure optimal operation and reliability of equipment and systems.

Proficiency in the Permit to Work (PTW) system is essential.
Proficiency in the ESD System is required, along with the ability to respond appropriately to a range of emergency scenarios, such as process shutdown (PSD), emergency shutdown (ESD), fire, and gas alarms.
Proficient in understanding the operational workflows and safety protocols of production facilities is essential.
The role requires completion of specialized certificates training, ensuring proficiency in designated areas of expertise. Candidates must possess these credentials to qualify for consideration. Responsibilities include maintaining certification through ongoing education and adhering to industry standards. The position demands a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
