A seasoned and customer-focused Waiter is sought to enhance our hotel’s Food & Beverage team, ensuring seamless and attentive service.
The successful applicant will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a welcoming dining environment for patrons, and contribute to the seamless functioning of restaurant operations.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance productivity, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation to drive continuous improvement across departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, analyzing data to identify trends, address gaps, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals while maintaining clear communication channels.
Warmly welcome guests and personally guide them to their assigned tables.
Present menus to guests, process their food and beverage orders with precision, and communicate these orders efficiently to kitchen and bar personnel.
Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
During meals, proactively engage with guests to confirm their satisfaction and promptly address any further requests they may have.
Ensure tables are cleared promptly and reset efficiently to prepare for incoming guests while maintaining a consistently clean and welcoming dining environment.
Accurately process bills, manage cash and card payments, and issue corresponding receipts with precision.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to facilitate seamless service operations.
Adhere rigorously to established health, safety, and hygiene protocols, with particular emphasis on the correct handling of food and beverage items.
Provide support in the preparation and arrangement of dining spaces for events, banquets, or special functions.
Notify the supervisor immediately of any guest complaints or service-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
