Kong is in search of a seasoned and results-oriented Flagship Store Manager to supervise the operations of one of its primary retail locations in IKEA. The successful candidate will be tasked with enhancing sales performance, upholding operational standards, and guiding a high-performing store team.
Oversee and execute essential duties including managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality. Lead project initiatives, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, monitor performance metrics, address operational challenges, and implement improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the daily operations of the flagship retail location to maintain seamless functionality and operational efficiency.
Direct, coach, and mentor store personnel to ensure attainment of performance goals.
Accelerate revenue growth while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty and business expansion.
To uphold adherence to organizational policies, maintain compliance with established standards, and enforce operational procedures with diligence.
Track inventory levels, stock availability, and store performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
A minimum of three to five years of hands-on retail management experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have overseen large or flagship store operations.
Exceptional abilities in guiding teams and overseeing personnel are essential. This role demands proficiency in motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive work environment. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in leading diverse groups, enhancing employee engagement, and driving team performance toward organizational goals.
