Enhance the plant’s milling efficiency on a daily basis through precise adjustment and operation of the mill.
Oversee the execution of production plans as directed by the Head or Chief Miller.
Ensure adherence to the prescribed extraction protocols established by management.
Ensure adherence to established quality standards and parameters throughout all processes.
Expertly diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, enhance mill performance, and address and eliminate flow-related issues.
Responsibilities include compiling and recording production reports and shift reports that document process and maintenance issues.
Please ensure all operational downtimes are promptly reported to the Head/Chef Miller.

Maintains complete accuracy and thoroughness in all cleaning schedules and compliance documentation, ensuring 100% adherence to established standards.
Ensure all Hygiene, GMP, OHS, EMS, and 5S audits and requirements meet compliance standards.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Food Science is required for this position.
With a minimum of four years of practical experience in wheat milling, candidates should bring extensive hands-on expertise to this role.
