Job Summary

The Chefs oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, uphold stringent food quality standards, lead and manage kitchen personnel, oversee food cost management, and ensure adherence to rigorous hygiene protocols while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Duties Encompass Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Strategic Initiatives, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives. Responsibilities Include Overseeing Project Lifecycles From Inception To Completion, Managing Budgets And Resources Effectively, And Conducting Comprehensive Risk Assessments To Mitigate Potential Challenges. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Knowledge of project management methodologies and a track record of delivering results within tight deadlines are highly desirable.

A formal culinary certification or equivalent hospitality credential is required.
