Oversee the primary duties and core functions of the role, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness across relevant areas of responsibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, share insights, and drive cohesive project execution. Monitor progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

To devise and execute successful sales strategies aimed at securing corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and walk-in guests.

Evaluate emerging market opportunities and establish strategic, enduring alliances to enhance occupancy rates and expand revenue streams.

Develop and nurture robust client relationships to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty, while proactively identifying avenues for expanding services and fostering recurring engagements.

Perform comprehensive market research to track industry trends and analyze competitor activity.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and initiatives aimed at enhancing online presence.

Collaborate with the hotel’s operations and front desk teams to consistently deliver service that aligns with and exceeds client expectations.

Engage in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to actively promote the hotel and foster valuable professional relationships.

Prepare and deliver periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership for review and strategic decision-making.

Provide leadership and support to the sales team, where applicable, while guaranteeing the consistent achievement of established targets.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.

A minimum of two to three years of demonstrated sales expertise within the hospitality or hotel sector is required.

Proven expertise in hotel sales strategies, handling corporate reservations, managing group bookings, and organizing events.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Proven capability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while consistently achieving established sales objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel property management systems (PMS) is considered a beneficial skill.
