TEASHOP THERE LIMITED is in search of a dynamic Content & Social Media Manager with a keen eye for creativity and strong organizational skills to lead the development of engaging content and maintain a cohesive online presence across all digital platforms.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong grasp of content strategy, audience engagement, social media expansion, and brand development.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership to inform decision-making. Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining high ethical standards. Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and align efforts toward common goals. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance and sustainability.
Develop and implement monthly content calendars with precision and strategic foresight.
Produce captivating content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Twitter, Snapchat, and additional social media platforms.
Analyze emerging trends and transform them into engaging content concepts.
Craft content that is both educational and engaging while driving sales, ensuring it appeals to our target audience and supports our marketing objectives.
Oversee the regular publication and timely scheduling of content to ensure consistent engagement and visibility across platforms.
Track and analyze comments, messages, and audience interaction metrics to assess engagement levels and respond appropriately.
Manage content libraries and digital assets with precision, ensuring they are consistently organized and readily accessible.
Ensure content is uploaded accurately and stored appropriately within the company’s designated systems.
Gather and disseminate authentic customer feedback and endorsements to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
Collaborate seamlessly with sales and inventory departments to highlight product features and benefits in a compelling manner.
Monitor content metrics and generate detailed performance reports to evaluate engagement and effectiveness.
Collaborate in strategic initiatives with influencers and contribute to marketing campaigns.
