About the Role
A meticulous and structured Inventory & Storekeeper is required to oversee the hotel’s inventory management, store operations, and stock control procedures with precision and efficiency.

Perform routine stock counts and execute periodic inventory audits to maintain accurate records.

Monitor inventory levels to identify damaged, expired, or obsolete items, and prepare detailed reports on their status for further action.
Ensure the accuracy of inventory management records by conducting thorough reconciliations with physical inventory counts.
Partner with the Procurement and Finance teams to maintain precise inventory records and align purchasing and financial processes.
Ensure all store areas are consistently clean, safe, and well-organized to meet operational standards and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Compile and submit detailed inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for leadership review and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in inventory management or store keeping, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Demonstrated expertise in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel, is required.
