Requirements:
B.Sc/HND in a relevant discipline
A minimum of two but not more than seven years of professional experience in Microfinance, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services is required.
Proven expertise in originating loans, assessing creditworthiness, mobilizing deposits, and recovering delinquent accounts.
Achieved a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding business objectives while cultivating strong, lasting customer connections.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties encompassing project management, team leadership, and strategic planning to drive organizational success. Develop and implement comprehensive project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining high standards of quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor progress through regular assessments, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making. Additionally, mentor team members to enhance their professional growth and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

We are seeking a skilled professional to identify, acquire, and oversee relationships with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) clients. This role involves strategically sourcing potential clients, evaluating their suitability, and establishing long-term partnerships to drive business growth. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for maintaining effective client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and monitoring performance metrics to meet organizational objectives.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of creditworthiness and manage the submission and processing of loan applications from initiation to final approval.
Monitor investment portfolio performance and verify that loans are repaid in a timely manner.
