System Monitoring and Surveillance: This role involves the continuous observation and analysis of systems, networks, and infrastructure to identify potential issues, ensure optimal performance, and mitigate security risks. Responsibilities include tracking system metrics, detecting anomalies, and responding to incidents in real time to maintain operational stability and safeguard against threats.

Oversee customer energy systems continuously through Energy’s dedicated surveillance and monitoring platforms, ensuring 24/7 operational oversight.

Diligently oversee system performance to promptly detect faults, alarms, abnormal occurrences, and service disruptions before they escalate.

Experienced professionals in this role proactively identify and address system irregularities at the earliest stages, implementing strategic measures to prevent prolonged disruptions and maintain operational continuity.

Utilize available monitoring and analytics tools to maintain real-time visibility of deployed energy systems.

Responsible for overseeing incident and fault management processes, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of issues to minimize operational disruptions. Monitors system performance, investigates outages or errors, and coordinates corrective actions with relevant teams to restore services efficiently. Maintains detailed incident logs, conducts root cause analyses, and implements preventive measures to enhance system reliability and reduce future occurrences of faults.

Conduct initial-level technical troubleshooting and deliver remote assistance when feasible.

Escalate alarms, incidents, and unresolved technical issues to the designated resolver teams in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Provide assistance to customers and stakeholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and deliver exceptional service. Identify recurring concerns to recommend improvements and enhance overall satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow through on commitments to uphold trust and reliability.
