System Monitoring and Surveillance: Responsibilities include continuous oversight of systems to detect and respond to anomalies, performance issues, or security threats in real-time. This role requires vigilant monitoring of network traffic, server health, and application logs to ensure optimal functionality. Analyzing data for potential risks and implementing corrective measures as needed are critical duties. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Rabbi, or Splunk. Experience in incident response and troubleshooting is essential to maintain system integrity and minimize downtime.

Monitor energy systems for customers around the clock, utilizing Energy’s surveillance and monitoring platforms.

Diligently oversee system operations to detect potential faults, alarms, and service disruptions in real time, enabling early intervention to maintain optimal performance.

Identifies system irregularities promptly and implements corrective measures to mitigate potential downtime.

Provide instantaneous oversight of deployed energy systems utilizing available monitoring and analytics solutions.

Demonstrates proficiency in overseeing incident and fault management protocols, ensuring prompt detection, analysis, and resolution of system disruptions while maintaining rigorous adherence to established service level agreements.

Deliver initial-level technical diagnostics and execute remote assistance as needed.

Escalate alarms, incidents, and unresolved technical issues to the designated resolver teams in adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Develop, distribute, track, and finalize incident tickets while ensuring precise and up-to-date documentation is maintained.

Perform comprehensive fault diagnosis and establish technical demarcation prior to escalation.

Monitor incident statuses and ensure consistent follow-ups with resolution teams to guarantee timely and successful issue closure.

All incidents must be thoroughly documented and systematically closed in compliance with established operational procedures.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders by delivering exceptional support services, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Deliver prompt initial technical assistance to customers encountering system-related problems.

Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience team to facilitate timely communication and expedite the resolution of customer concerns.

Deliver consistent progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders regarding active incident resolutions.

Coordinate notifications to stakeholders regarding scheduled maintenance tasks and unexpected service disruptions.

Provides operational support by ensuring systems and processes function efficiently, identifying and resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high availability and reliability across all operational environments.

We deliver system monitoring insights, analytics, and remote diagnostics to empower field service and operations engineers in their roles.

Work collaboratively with software, embedded systems, IT, and other supporting teams to enhance system monitoring and operational visibility.

Ensure all operational records, reports, and surveillance logs are maintained with precision and accuracy.

You will be responsible for documenting recurring issues while enhancing the organization’s technical knowledge base. Additionally, you will take part in shift handovers to maintain uninterrupted surveillance operations.

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. A familiarity with electrical power systems, solar energy systems, or battery energy storage systems is beneficial.

Proficiency in monitoring platforms, SCADA systems, IoT platforms, or remote monitoring applications is required.

Proficiency in incident management and ticketing systems is required.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on advanced functionality in Excel and Word, is required.

Proficient in analyzing system alarms, logs, and performance metrics to diagnose issues and ensure operational efficiency.
