The Subsea Projects and Services Specialist oversees the technical execution and delivery of various subsea systems and equipment for customer orders within the Subsea and Surface Production Systems (SHIPS) Product Line workshop. Directly reporting to the Operations Manager, this role ensures all work packages are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while fully adhering to applicable procedures and company processes.
As a Services Specialist specializing in Subsea Projects and Services, your primary duties will include overseeing and executing key responsibilities related to subsea project management and service delivery. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of subsea operations, along with the ability to coordinate and implement technical solutions in alignment with project objectives. You will be tasked with ensuring seamless service execution, addressing client needs, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee assigned duties, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining accountability for outcomes and performance metrics. Possess the authority to make decisions within defined scopes, allocate resources efficiently, and drive initiatives forward in alignment with organizational objectives. All necessary documentation pertaining to control equipment must be thoroughly reviewed and completed prior to the initiation of work, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments, as well as lift plans.

We must demonstrate proficiency in interpreting intricate drawings, Bill of Materials (Boys), General Arrangements (GA’s), schematics, and technical procedures to carry out tasks effectively.
Responsibilities include executing disassembly, assembly, construction, and testing procedures for subsea equipment in accordance with work orders.
Proven practical expertise is required in the operation, repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, refurbishment, and modification of topside and subsea equipment, including CPUs, valves, valve actuators, THs, THS, EDP/LRP, manifolds, instrumentation, and fittings. A solid comprehension of the functionality of a typical multiplex electrohydraulic control system is essential.
Possession of a valid NYC discharge or exemption certificate is required; kindly ensure this is distinctly noted on your resume.
