Job Summary
The Signage Operator (Installation) is responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, and removal of both indoor and outdoor advertising materials.
The ideal candidate will oversee the accurate implementation of signage projects, direct installation teams, uphold strict quality and safety protocols, and assist field operations spanning various sites.

Install, maintain, repair, and remove signage, billboards, banners, branding materials, and associated advertising structures, both indoors and outdoors.
Oversee the installation and upkeep of illuminated signage, lighting systems, and related electrical components integral to advertising displays.
Perform comprehensive site inspections to evaluate conditions and determine precise installation requirements prior to commencing project execution.
Coordinate, oversee, and lead the efforts of installation crews, contractors, and field technicians as needed.
Deliver all installations in strict adherence to established specifications, predefined timelines, and stringent safety standards.
Oversee the current state of installed signage and propose maintenance actions or replacement as required.
Ensure the proper utilization, maintenance, and storage of installation tools, equipment, and materials.
Investigate and address technical challenges affecting signage structures, lighting systems, and mounting hardware.
Collaborate with clients, landlords, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Compile detailed field reports, installation records, maintenance logs, and status updates to ensure accurate documentation and communication of project progress and system conditions.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, occupational health and safety guidelines, and relevant industry standards.
Assist with various operational functions within the outdoor advertising sector as directed, ensuring alignment with team objectives and business needs.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++, is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with software design principles, agile methodologies, and collaborative development practices.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in signage installation, outdoor advertising operations, branding, fabrication, or a comparable technical discipline.
Proficient in the design, installation, and upkeep of both interior and exterior signage systems, including expertise in mounting methodologies and maintenance protocols.
Proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and repair of illuminated signage, electrical fittings, and lighting components is highly desirable.
Proficient in interpreting installation drawings, measurements, and site specifications.
A solid grasp of safety protocols and working at elevated levels is essential.
Capable of leading field teams and managing multiple installation projects simultaneously.
Capable of maintaining peak physical condition and prepared to undertake travel to project sites as necessary.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in problem-solving and organizational capabilities.

A valid driver’s license is considered a beneficial qualification.
