Job Summary

The Telesales Representative / Content Creator will spearhead sales initiatives by actively engaging with prospects and clients through outbound and inbound channels, while also crafting engaging digital content to enhance the company’s product and service offerings. Additionally, the role demands a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in cultivating leads, strengthening brand recognition, managing client relationships, and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and implementing strategic initiatives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to align objectives and drive collective performance. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement, providing timely recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development within the team.

Perform both outbound and inbound calls with the aim of identifying new leads and successfully turning potential customers into active clients.

Proactively engage with prospective clients to address their inquiries and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with current and potential clients to foster mutual growth and long-term engagement.

Craft compelling content tailored for social media channels, marketing initiatives, and promotional assets to captivate target audiences and drive engagement.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, and social media channels.

Deliver precise details regarding the company’s offerings, including products, services, and current promotional initiatives.

Detailed documentation of customer engagements, sales-related tasks, and subsequent follow-up actions must be meticulously recorded within the allotted systems.

Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and derive actionable insights, subsequently applying these findings to enhance both service delivery and overall customer experience.

Collaborate effectively with operations and sales teams to maintain uninterrupted service and uphold client satisfaction levels.

Achieve designated sales quotas and customer interaction objectives.

Perform all additional duties as directed by management as part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required.

Proven experience of at least two to three years in telesales, customer service, content creation, or a comparable position is required.

Proficiency in real estate, media, or a related industry would be considered beneficial.

Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential for this role.

Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, and the cultivation of long-term business relationships.

Proven expertise in crafting compelling social media and marketing content.

Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications and social media management platforms is essential.

Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently, coupled with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficient in both autonomous and collaborative work within dynamic, high-pressure settings, demonstrating adaptability and strong interpersonal skills to contribute effectively to team objectives while managing individual responsibilities.
