Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster collaboration, and maintain high performance levels. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality across all assigned functions. Serve as a key liaison between departments, stakeholders, and senior leadership to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and achieve measurable outcomes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while mitigating risks and addressing operational challenges. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding of candidates.

Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Perform comprehensive reviews of candidate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified individuals for further consideration.

Conduct interviews and arrange assessment activities to evaluate candidates effectively.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Additionally, possession of an advanced degree or specialized certifications will be viewed favorably during the evaluation process.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of four years of comprehensive HR experience, including at least two years dedicated to recruitment and employee engagement initiatives, the ideal candidate will bring proven expertise to this role.

Skilled in overseeing Performance Management and KPI systems implementation and optimization.

Proficiency in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), technology, or service-oriented industries represents a valuable asset.
