Contribute to the creation and meticulous stitching of women’s garments, ensuring precision and aesthetic appeal in each design.
Perform fittings and execute required adjustments with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure sewing machines, tools, and the workspace remain in optimal working condition at all times.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, and familiarity with current regulatory standards is highly valued. The position demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Candidates must possess at least a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) qualification.
A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in tailoring or fashion styling is required.
Possesses fundamental tailoring skills and a solid grasp of measurement techniques.
Requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, innovative thinking, and fluency in English communication.
Consistently arriving at work on time is essential.
