Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit evaluations and needs assessments for current and prospective customers to ensure their requirements are fully addressed.
Develop and sustain strong, mutually beneficial business and customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Contact prospective customers through telephone, email, social media platforms, and in-person visits to generate and nurture leads effectively.
Facilitate prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction levels.
Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and objectives within the designated timeframe.
Facilitate collaboration between the sales team and other departments to align efforts and maximize overall performance.
Analyze market potential, monitor sales performance, and prepare status reports across designated catchment areas.
Compile and deliver comprehensive reports to management regarding customer expectations, challenges, emerging interests, competitive dynamics, and prospects for innovative products and services.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of current promotional strategies and industry best practices.
