Job Purpose
Facilitates the implementation of Moniepoint’s Talent & Performance strategy by assisting in the operationalization of career frameworks, development planning, performance reviews, and internal mobility.
This position actively collaborates with People Business Partners, team leaders, and the broader People team to implement scalable, pragmatic talent solutions.
Oversee and execute all core operational and strategic duties essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. Conduct ongoing assessments to identify process improvements, optimize efficiency, and mitigate potential risks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Develop and maintain comprehensive performance metrics to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and drive data-informed decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to achieve collective goals. Lead initiatives that support long-term growth, scalability, and sustainability while upholding compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, cultivating a high-performing environment through professional development and constructive feedback.
Maintain and enhance job rubrics and career progression frameworks to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
Facilitate the implementation and monitoring of development initiatives, learning pathways, and career growth discussions throughout all teams.
Oversee the quarterly performance review cycle by managing reminders, collecting relevant data, and maintaining thorough documentation of feedback.
Analyze feedback, evaluate data, and identify trends or insights, subsequently presenting findings to the Head of Talent & Performance Management.
Address inquiries and provide assistance to managers and HR Business Partners by equipping them with relevant tools and resources.
Facilitate the deployment and optimization of Lattice’s features and integrated systems to enhance performance and streamline development workflows.
Assist in enhancing talent processes by documenting, evaluating, and refining them with a focus on ongoing advancement and iterative enhancements.
Facilitate the implementation of employee listening strategies such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, and insight reporting pinpointing employee needs and enhance the overall employee experience.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality results, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to evolving project demands.
We seek candidates with a minimum of three to four years of specialized experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Management, or Learning and Development.
Seasoned professionals with a track record of developing robust performance frameworks and structured career advancement pathways are encouraged to apply.

Possesses working knowledge of performance management and HR platforms, including Lattice, Culture Amp, Bamboo HR, or comparable systems.
