The Carpenter will craft, assemble, and finish premium luxury furniture pieces in strict accordance with design specifications, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure durability and flawless final finishes.

Craft custom furniture items in strict accordance with approved design specifications and technical drawings.
Accurately interpret technical drawings and measurements to ensure precise execution of engineering and design specifications.
Craft wood and related materials with precision, transforming them into exquisite, high-end finishes through meticulous cutting, shaping, and refinement processes.
Execute woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include the meticulous installation of fittings, veneers, laminates, and decorative finishes to achieve a polished and refined final appearance.
Execute repairs and alterations on premium-grade furniture pieces.
Ensure workshop tools are properly maintained, and the work area remains consistently clean and organized.
Work alongside designers and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in specific software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Adobe Creative Cloud. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in project management or leadership roles is highly desirable, along with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Fluency in additional languages may be required depending on the role’s scope.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in carpentry is required.
Proficiency in collaborating with luxury furniture enterprises is essential.
Proficient in a variety of hardwoods, veneers, laminates, and advanced finishing methods.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings with precision and clarity.
