Job Summary

We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Store Officer to oversee inventory management and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will maintain precise stock records, ensure materials are stored appropriately, and facilitate the prompt distribution of inventory while implementing robust inventory control measures to sustain seamless production and operational continuity.

Oversee and execute critical tasks to ensure operational efficiency, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and delivering high-quality results within specified deadlines. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and align with organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed reports to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while cultivating strong stakeholder relationships.

Conduct thorough examinations of all incoming raw materials, packaging components, spare parts, and other inventory items to ensure they meet specified standards. Verify the accuracy and condition of each shipment upon arrival to confirm compliance with procurement requirements.

Responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of all materials by adhering to established company protocols for storage, handling, and preservation.

Accurately document all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances in meticulous records.

Track inventory levels diligently and promptly submit replenishment requests to avert potential stock-outs.

Prepare inventory-related documentation, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and Store Requisition Vouchers (SRVs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and alignment with inventory records.

Conduct thorough examinations to identify and document any variances in inventory levels, including shortages, damages, losses, and outdated stock. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, root causes, and recommended corrective measures to enhance inventory accuracy and accountability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, Finance, and Internal Control teams to uphold inventory accuracy standards.

Track inventory movements meticulously to guarantee adherence to established protocols and procedures.

Ensure the store environment remains orderly, spotless, and compliant with all safety standards at all times.

Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and deliver precise stock information to management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Facilitate routine internal and external audits as scheduled.

Maintain adherence to company policies, inventory control procedures, and health and safety standards at all times.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and inventory management software or ERP systems effectively.

Accomplished in overseeing the handling and tracking of raw materials, finished goods, and consumable inventory.

Possesses robust numerical and analytical capabilities, enabling effective problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

Proficient in generating inventory reports and ensuring meticulous record-keeping to uphold accuracy in documentation.
