Job Summary
We are in search of an ambitious and outcome-focused Growth & Digital Marketing Lead to drive revenue expansion and expedite customer acquisition for a rapidly expanding retail brand.
The successful applicant will spearhead the creation and implementation of high-impact digital marketing strategies, refine conversion funnels for optimal performance, and ensure measurable returns on marketing expenditures.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity across all assigned tasks. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance team performance, streamline workflows, and achieve organizational objectives. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and monitor progress to ensure continuous growth and development. Serve as a key liaison between departments to foster collaboration, align goals, and facilitate seamless communication. Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, and present findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Develop, implement, and refine paid advertising campaigns across leading digital platforms such as Meta and TikTok to maximize performance and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and enhance return on ad spend by conducting ongoing tests and optimizations to identify and implement the most effective strategies.
Develop, deploy, and maintain tracking systems, pixels, conversion APIs, and event reporting frameworks to ensure accurate data collection and performance measurement.
Formulate and manage content calendars that align with strategic business goals.
Partner with content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners to enhance brand recognition and achieve conversion goals.
Examine website metrics, user engagement patterns, and sales funnel data to uncover potential enhancements that could optimize conversion rates.
Compile comprehensive performance reports on a regular basis and deliver strategic recommendations accordingly.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
Experienced in navigating Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms with a high level of proficiency.
Proficiency in utilizing campaign tracking and reporting tools is required.
Proven expertise in analytical thinking, effective communication, and proficient project management is required.
Proficiency in video editing and compelling copywriting is preferred.
