A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, is required for this position. Strong proficiency in programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, or C++, is essential. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Prior experience in software development, data analysis, or a comparable technical role is highly desirable, as is familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Professional certification from bodies such as ICAN, ARCA, or CFA is advantageous.
With a minimum of eight years of experience in financial intermediation and tax management, you bring a wealth of expertise to the role.
