Job Summary
A diligent and seasoned Hotel Security Personnel professional is being recruited to safeguard guests, staff, visitors, and hotel assets with unwavering vigilance and expertise.
The ideal candidate will patrol hotel premises, address security incidents promptly, uphold hotel policies, and ensure a consistently safe and hospitable environment for all guests and staff.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency, foster innovation, and enhance productivity across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable results. Maintain clear communication channels to align teams with organizational objectives and uphold accountability. Monitor progress through performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving business demands.
Regularly conduct patrols of hotel grounds to identify and deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other potential security threats.
Oversee the operation of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure continuous monitoring and protection.
Responsible for regulating entry to hotel amenities and confirming the identity of guests and visitors as required.
Respond immediately to any emergencies, security breaches, disturbances, accidents, or fire alarms to ensure timely intervention and resolution.
Provide assistance to guests and staff regarding safety concerns and deliver support during emergency situations.
Compose comprehensive incident reports as well as daily activity summaries with meticulous attention to detail.
Perform regular assessments of hotel facilities to detect any security or safety risks that may arise.
Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies when required.
Uphold and enforce all established hotel policies, regulations, and security protocols to ensure a safe and orderly environment for guests and staff alike.
Maintain operational readiness by confirming that all emergency exits and safety equipment are fully accessible and in proper working condition.
Requirements
SS CSE or High School Certificate is required as a minimum qualification, with additional security training being advantageous.
Preferred candidates should possess prior experience in security services, hospitality, or a comparable industry.
Exceptional aptitude in keen observation, effective communication, and adept conflict resolution.
Maintains composure, professionalism, and a composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Demonstrates familiarity with established emergency response protocols and compliance with relevant safety regulations.
Demonstrated physical fitness and the capacity to maintain prolonged periods of standing or patrolling duties.
Ability to accommodate varied scheduling needs, including overnight shifts, weekend assignments, and holiday coverage.
