Develop and implement mechanical maintenance strategies to uphold safe, dependable, and economically efficient power plant operations.
Lead the upkeep of gas turbine (GT), balance of plant (BOP), and auxiliary mechanical systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability. Enhance mean time between failures (MTBF) and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) by implementing proactive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Responsible for planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Oversee vendor relations, financial planning, procurement activities, spare parts management, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Foster team growth, oversee reporting processes, and uphold QHSE compliance standards.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering is required.
Requires a minimum of seven years of professional experience, with at least one year dedicated to a leadership or supervisory capacity.
