Responsibilities encompass overseeing teams of trainees and junior accountants, ensuring the reconciliation of bank statements, and the accurate calculation of tax payments and returns.

To excel in this position, you must possess practical experience in finance and accounting, coupled with a keen eye for identifying numerical discrepancies and evaluating financial records.

You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver precise quantitative and qualitative insights regarding the company’s financial standing, liquidity, and cash flow dynamics to key stakeholders, while ensuring full adherence to tax compliance requirements.

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality service delivery. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals and achieve strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Develop comprehensive budget forecasts to ensure financial planning and resource allocation align with organizational objectives and strategic goals.

Compile financial statements punctually to ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to finalize the closing process with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include balancing and verifying financial transactions for accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in reviewing ledgers, processing invoices, and reconciling discrepancies to maintain optimal financial health and compliance with established accounting standards.

Ensure all bank and payables payments are processed promptly and accurately in accordance with established deadlines and financial schedules.

Responsible for calculating taxes and compiling tax returns accurately.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of balance sheets and profit/loss statements to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Prepare a comprehensive analysis of the company’s financial condition and liquidity status.

Review financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of financial data while executing database backups as required to ensure continuity and security.

Ensure adherence to established financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Distribute assignments among the members of the accounts department team to ensure efficient task completion and team collaboration.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, possessing strong proficiency in project management tools and techniques. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently. A degree in a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with industry-specific software and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. The role requires adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requires a minimum of four years of professional accounting experience.

Demonstrates in-depth expertise in accounting standards and regulations, with a comprehensive understanding of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
