Job Summary
The HR/Admin & Operations Officer will oversee the organization’s human resources, administrative, and daily operational functions. This role serves as the central point for office management, maintaining smooth business operations while advancing HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing organizational efficiency.
Oversee and execute primary duties including managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity, streamline workflows, and achieve departmental objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve operational challenges, and foster a cohesive work environment. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, progress updates, and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and organizational guidelines while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Mentor employees through professional development opportunities, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback to support their growth and engagement.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and selection through to seamless onboarding, while ensuring all employee documentation is accurately maintained and compliant with organizational standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date staff records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Facilitate the enhancement of performance management, foster positive employee relations, and drive staff development programs.
Responsible for managing the office’s daily activities and maintaining efficient interdepartmental coordination to facilitate seamless workflow.
Oversee and manage all administrative functions, office operations, and facility-related matters to ensure seamless organizational functionality.
Design and deploy operational processes and systems with the goal of enhancing efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Maintain adherence to established HR policies, labor regulations, and internal operational procedures at all times.
Oversee the administration of leave, maintain accurate attendance records, and coordinate staff welfare initiatives.
Duties include organizing meetings, compiling reports, handling office supplies, and maintaining company assets.
Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless business operations.
Execute various human resources, administrative, and operational tasks as directed by senior leadership.
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria: a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related field, proficiency in industry-standard software tools, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will hold a relevant degree or certification, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and exhibit a proactive approach to task management. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and the capacity to work under tight deadlines are essential. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a closely aligned discipline is required.
With a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in an HR, administrative, or operational management position—or a comparable leadership role—you bring hands-on experience to support organizational effectiveness.
Experience in real estate, media, or related fields is highly beneficial.
Proven expertise in human resources principles, administrative coordination, and operational oversight is required.
Proficient knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and adherence to regulatory compliance standards is essential.
Proven expertise in leadership, communication, interpersonal engagement, and organizational management is essential.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills to resolve complex issues while efficiently balancing competing priorities.
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and specialized HR/administrative management systems, ensuring efficient workflow and data handling.
