We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Primary School Teacher to become part of our team.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Ensure alignment with company objectives by managing key projects, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration across departments. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and accountability. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate seamless communication and support business development initiatives.
Design and implement dynamic lessons covering essential subjects such as Literacy, Numeracy, Science, and Social Studies, ensuring alignment with state and national educational standards.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that caters to the unique learning requirements of all students.
Evaluate and monitor student performance, delivering constructive feedback and adjusting instructional methods to meet evolving needs.
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to foster a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
Facilitate students’ growth in social-emotional competencies while fostering a positive and constructive classroom environment.
Engage actively in team meetings, attend professional growth workshops, and contribute to various social gatherings as scheduled.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Elementary or Primary Education or a closely related field is required.
A valid state-issued teaching certification or license specifically for elementary education is required.
Demonstrated experience in primary classroom instruction, encompassing student teaching placements.
Proven ability to effectively manage classrooms and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and colleagues.
Dedication to individualized instruction and student-focused educational strategies is essential.
