Overview

We are in search of a Client Investment Advisor who will serve as the primary liaison for both prospective and current clients.

The successful applicant will integrate exceptional customer service, front-desk administration, and sales assistance, facilitating initial prospect interactions, converting leads, supporting advanced consultations, and managing essential onboarding documentation.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to organizational standards. Lead and mentor teams to optimize productivity and foster a collaborative work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Serve as a liaison between senior management and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to maintain operational integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve key business objectives.

Greet phone callers cordially, provide a welcoming reception for office visitors, promptly address initial WhatsApp and website inquiries, and oversee the front desk and reception area with professionalism and efficiency.

Thoroughly document each new inquiry, systematically gathering essential information such as name, contact details, preferred destination, household size, budgetary range, origin of the lead, and current status.

Attend client meetings as scheduled, manage consultation appointments, develop comprehensive meeting materials, and serve as a professional representative for the organization, both within the office and at external engagements.

Following the consultation, maintain regular contact with prospects, dispatch approved corporate brochures, follow up on any pending items with clients, and ensure the lead tracker remains current at all times.

Gather critical onboarding documents from clients, meticulously verify their accuracy against approved checklists, and subsequently submit them to the Operations Manager for final review.

Assist with the development of client proposals by utilizing approved company templates while promptly escalating high-value prospects to the CEO or Operations Manager for review.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Additionally, the position demands excellent communication abilities to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Proficiency in banking, customer service, sales, client relations, travel, real estate, investment management, or immigration advisory services is strongly preferred.

A polished demeanor and strong articulation are essential when engaging with affluent clients, coupled with the ability to convey confidence in every interaction. Exceptional written communication skills are required to handle professional correspondence via WhatsApp and email effectively.

Adept at managing corporate checklists, master trackers, and structured data entry with precision and efficiency.

Demonstrates unwavering reliability and discretion when managing sensitive, confidential financial and personal client data with the highest level of care.

Resourceful and proactive, with a strong capacity to rapidly assimilate and apply the complexities of global citizenship and residency through investment initiatives.
