Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and seasoned Facility Manager to supervise the upkeep, safety, security, and optimal functioning of our facilities and company assets.
We seek candidates who possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required. Additionally, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is necessary.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or an equivalent field is required.
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related field is required.
Proficient in facility maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination, with extensive hands-on experience in each area.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership capabilities, strong organizational acumen, and advanced problem-solving proficiency.
