Job Summary
The HR Supervisor will manage daily human resources, payroll, and administrative functions at the manufacturing facility. This position ensures precise and prompt payroll processing, streamlined HR operations, strong employee relations, adherence to labor regulations, and efficient administrative support to sustain seamless production and foster a productive workplace.

Oversee day-to-day human resources functions such as monitoring employee attendance, coordinating shift schedules, managing leave requests, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Compile and oversee the monthly payroll process, which involves gathering attendance records, overtime data, deductions, allowances, and statutory contributions.
Guarantee precise payroll processing, maintain strict confidentiality regarding salary data, and ensure salaries are disbursed punctually in accordance with established company policies.
Oversee statutory payroll obligations, including PAYE, pension contributions, and other mandated deductions.
Manage and oversee recruitment processes for positions across factory operations, technical departments, and administrative functions.
Facilitate the execution of performance management initiatives, encompassing performance appraisals, confirmation reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
Manage employee relations concerns, including grievances and disciplinary matters on the shop floor.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and factory regulations.
Ensure precise maintenance of all HR and payroll documentation and reports.
Oversee administrative functions encompassing office administration, facility upkeep, and vendor management.
Oversee a team of administrative and support personnel, including security staff, cleaners, and drivers.
Responsible for managing the procurement and inventory processes for office and factory consumables.
Maintain and diligently track all company assets to ensure their proper upkeep and accurate record-keeping.
Responsible for organizing and overseeing all logistical arrangements pertaining to staff transportation, professional development sessions, meetings, and necessary accommodations.
Collaborate effectively with production supervisors to guarantee sufficient staffing levels and comprehensive shift arrangements.
Oversee attendance records, track instances of absenteeism, and manage overtime hours to ensure payroll expenses remain within budgeted limits.
Enforce essential factory regulations, stringent safety protocols, and rigorous workplace hygiene standards, all of which are vital to the production of diapers and sanitary pads.
Support workforce planning and staff cost optimization initiatives.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, accompanied by a minimum of three years in a comparable professional setting. Proficient in Nigerian labor legislation and payroll compliance standards.
Proven expertise in human resources functions within a manufacturing environment is required.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to maintain meticulous organization and produce thorough, precise documentation.
Demonstrated proficiency in handling and safeguarding sensitive data with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
