Job Description
Responsibilities include managing and coordinating daily construction and development activities across all organizational sites. This role involves ensuring seamless execution of projects while maintaining alignment with established timelines and quality standards.
Interpret designs, including bills of quantities, as well as architectural and structural plans, while ensuring strict adherence to the company’s established specifications.
Collaborating with external contractors to ensure flawless completion of projects is a key responsibility of this role.
Maintain the quality of all tasks performed at the site locations.
Oversee comprehensive quality assurance of all project deliverables, encompassing budget adherence, schedule compliance, and plan alignment, while providing consistent updates on project progress.
Seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong communication and organizational abilities. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A Bachelor’s Degree with at least a Second Class Upper Division in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 6 years of postings professional experience in a comparable role.
Must possess a completed National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program as a mandatory requirement.
