Ensure the Front Office/Reception area and meeting rooms consistently maintain a polished, welcoming, and hygienic environment that reflects the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
Greet and engage clients, visitors, and guests to create a welcoming environment and foster a favorable initial perception of the organization.
Accurately maintain visitor records by overseeing sign-in and sign-out processes and issuing visitor tags.
Responsibilities include the receipt, organization, and secure storage of client forms and documents, executed in strict compliance with established protocols.
Handle incoming mail and courier packages by promptly receiving, acknowledging, and distributing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Handle incoming inquiries directed to the Client Service email channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Respond to incoming calls from clients, prospects, and vendors with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in establishing and maintaining service standards designed to elevate client satisfaction and reinforce trust in the organization.
Escalate client complaints as required and assist in resolving them to facilitate prompt issue closure.
Handle product and service inquiries by supplying pertinent details and guiding prospects to the relevant business units.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate adaptability, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning. Team collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset are also required.
Currently, completing service in the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) and prepared for prompt deployment, with preference for Batch A2/B1 in 2026.
A relevant bachelor’s degree with at least a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) is required.
Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written means.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential qualifications for this role.
