Compile and submit tax returns in accordance with regulatory standards and deadlines.
Accurately record accounting-related data into designated business ledgers and financial journals.
We review financial records to evaluate their efficiency and accuracy.
Ensures accurate preparation and timely entry of journal entries in accordance with GAAP standards.
Responsible for computing and maintaining accurate records of accruals, ensuring meticulous documentation of financial entries.
Conduct bank reconciliations and verify accurate coding of cash receipts and transfers.
Responsible for overseeing and managing fixed assets to ensure their proper maintenance and accountability.
Develop comprehensive reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and profit and loss statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct a monthly profit and loss analysis to evaluate discrepancies between actual results and budgeted figures, as well as prior periods, while providing detailed explanations for variances. Additionally, recommend and prepare any necessary journal entries to address identified differences.
Year-end accounting close procedures should be established and carried out with precision.
Provides assistance throughout the annual financial and other mandated audits, ensuring compliance with established standards and timely completion of required documentation.
As a collaborative intermediary, you will facilitate coordination and communication among Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, general accounting, finance, IT, and other relevant teams as required.
Drive strategic revenue growth initiatives to propel team and organizational advancement, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a meticulous approach to verifying financial records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all accounts. Experience in identifying discrepancies and resolving discrepancies efficiently is required.
