Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver will transport and deliver the company’s gas products to customers along a predetermined route, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to drive organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of productivity and quality. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and fostering productive relationships. Develop and execute initiatives that support innovation, growth, and continuous improvement within the organization. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.
Responsible for transporting gas products to customers while ensuring outstanding service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Deliver comprehensive product expertise and technical assistance to customers upon request.
Responsible for operating the delivery van to ensure timely product deliveries while upholding vehicle cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Assist operators by loading gas cylinders onto vehicles as required.
Oversee van inventory management, perform daily stock reconciliations, and document any discrepancies in the reporting system.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all sales transactions, customer interactions, and delivery records.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Proficiency in industry-standard software applications is required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is mandatory, and additional certifications or specialized training will be considered advantageous.
Proven experience of 1–2 years in delivery or driving roles is required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an unblemished driving history.
Skilled in operating both manual and automatic vehicles, with a particular proficiency in handling mini buses and vans.
