In this role, you will be responsible for executing food preparation tasks and overseeing kitchen operations. Key duties include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Develop and execute meals meticulously based on standardized recipes and established hotel culinary guidelines.

Guarantee that all food items meet or exceed guests’ expectations in terms of quality, flavor, proper portion sizes, and visual appeal.

Provide support in the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, as well as fulfilling any special orders as needed.

Ensure the kitchen remains consistently clean, orderly, and fully operational at all times.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, conducting regular audits, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and reduce carrying costs. Support the tracking of food inventory and stock levels to ensure accurate monitoring and maintenance of supply levels.
