Job Summary

To deliver comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support, ensuring the seamless functioning of school operations.

Establish and oversee comprehensive filing systems, both paper-based and electronic, to organize and manage student records efficiently.

Develop, manage, and input data into the database system efficiently and accurately.

Identify and append the correct documents to incoming communications that necessitate a reply.

Compile and deliver requested data promptly and accurately upon demand.

The Principal and President’s appointments are coordinated and confirmed by the individual responsible for scheduling, ensuring all meetings are efficiently managed.

Oversee the organization and management of appointment and event calendars to ensure accurate scheduling and efficient coordination.

Prepare detailed minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items.

Above all, every member of the AJC staff serves as a professional exemplar for our students.
