Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies, while overseeing their execution to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Develop, execute, and oversee paid advertising initiatives spanning Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube to maximize reach and engagement.

Design and implement campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and budgets to maximize performance while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Develop and execute campaigns that fully support organizational objectives, financial projections, and established brand standards to maintain consistency and drive performance.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of campaign management, from initial setup and strategic execution to ongoing performance tracking and optimization. You will drive accountability for delivering results by assuming full responsibility for the campaign’s development, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Campaign Optimization and Growth: Drive performance improvements and expand campaign reach through strategic analysis and iterative testing. Implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and maximize return on investment, ensuring sustained growth and measurable outcomes.

Website and funnel optimization involves systematically analyzing and enhancing various elements of a digital presence to improve performance, conversion rates, and user experience across multiple touchpoints. This process includes assessing landing pages, navigation structures, call-to-action placements, and overall site speed to ensure seamless interactions. Additionally, it encompasses evaluating sales funnels to identify drop-off points, streamline user journeys, and boost lead generation or revenue outcomes through data-driven adjustments.

Requirements
